About
The Alabama Sweet Potato Association is a group of collective farmers, packers, shippers, and others with vested interest in the industry from Alabama and Tennessee. The association is dedicated to marketing one of the healthiest vegetables served on plates across the country. Our mission is to promote one of the finest areas that sweet potatoes come from.

The Alabama Sweet Potato Association is a non-profit governed by a seven-member board of directors. Their goal is to make available to its members the latest information in technology and other areas that will keep them competitive in the industry. This is best accomplished through working closely with partnering agencies, such as Auburn University Horticulture Research and Experiment Station, Alabama Ag and Industries, and other like-minded groups.
Our member's farms are not the largest, but offer quality sweet potatoes from retail to wholesale and one box to a truck load while still providing personal service. We hope you enjoy our sweet potatoes as much as we we enjoy growing them. Also, if you find yourself at a grocery store or restaurant, make sure to request the "finest sweet potatoes around," from the Alabama Sweet Potato Association. If they aren't available, ask, "WHY NOT???"
